Terms and Conditions

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

The Coach/Client relationship:
The client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and her interactions with the Coach and any content supplied. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. The Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

The Coach commits to maintaining all conversations or interactions as confidential and will not disclose any information without express permission from the Client.

The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate/participate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

The Client understands that in order to see results they must take relevant action. No results are guaranteed.

Services
The parties agree to engage in a coaching programme whether one to one, group coaching, membership or online do-it-yourself option.
The Coach will provide a clear outline of the framework of each type of coaching programme and will follow that framework.
The Client agrees to not share paid-for content with any other parties that are not part of any of Sheila Starrs programmes and have therefore not paid for the content.

Termination/Refund policy
One to one Coaching – Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with 2-weeks’ written notice. The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.

Group Coaching – No refunds are provided once the course has started unless exceptional circumstances can be shown and then a discussion will be had to agree a suitable resolution.

Membership – The membership is a rolling subscription and can be cancelled at any time. The member gets the benefit for the remainder of that month and then no further payments will be made, and access will be removed.

Online courses – No refunds are provided for online courses. Once purchased you have access for life.

Any complaints will be discussed and agreed between the Client and the Coach as required and will be assessed on an individual basis based on reasons and circumstances.

Sheila Starr is committed to proving exceptional customer service and takes any complaints or feedback very seriously. If you have anything to discuss please do email sheila@sheilastarrcoaching.co.uk
