About Me
I left school at 16 and worked my way up to senior leadership positions before setting up my own business. I have built contact centres, transformation programmes and high performing teams from scratch. I have succeeded in male dominated environments and various industries and I have developed, trained, coached and mentored people of all levels.
I have also travelled a lot and taken several career breaks to fulfil my own dreams. I have sky-dived, been grape picking, followed the Formula One season around Europe, been interrailing, worked on a campsite. I have written two novels and am now learning to sing.
